Based out of Chinchilla QLD, Zac Corbett is a musician, conductor, composer/arranger, audio engineer, music producer, but primarily, an educator. Having played instruments since 3 years old starting on piano and Alto Saxophone at Age 9, Zac has performed at events, weddings and concerts all over Australia. His experience extends across Woodwind, Brass, Percussion, Piano and Guitar performance. Zac is also an Instrumental Music Teacher at Chinchilla Christian College.
Zac has also produced multiple ARIA and Beatport charting releases, while also mixing and mastering tracks featured on popular Youtube channels such as Proximity and NCS. He holds a Bachelor of Audio (Studio Production) from SAE Institute.
The ZCM Academy approach to instrumental education is primarily based on a mixture between AMEB and EQ Curriculum, to best suit the needs of developing musicians. However, Zac also has experience teaching both Trinity and ABRSM content, for those considering this as a viable pathway of progress. Lessons are offered both in person for those in close proximity and online via ZOOM.
